PORK PATTIES IN THYME AND BUTTER

Mix pork mince with salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, celery salt, finely chopped shallot and the yolk of an egg. Shape into patties and coat in breadcrumbs*. Fry gently in butter with thyme.
